Advance Australia – A New Political Vision
A nation’s government can only function for the benefit of its people when it has a set of laws designed to ensure the people are protected from harm by anyone, and most especially to protect us from our own government. 
Our Supreme set of laws is the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 as promulgated and gazetted, which lays out a system of government for us with Crown Authority.
Section 128 states that only the People have the power to amend our Constitution. Unfortunately, it gives only the Parliament the right to start a referendum. The politicians have failed to do that. Instead, they have simply changed the laws without any authority from us — the People of the Commonwealth of Australia.
The politicians have changed the very nature of our government through a series of small amendments to our Constitutional system without referendums. As a result, today we live under a dictatorial Socialist-style system of government that denies us the freedoms guaranteed us under Common Law by our Constitution; a government that does not listen to our concerns or even ask for our approval to carry out their policies is no government at all!
For example, we are no longer considered innocent until proved guilty in a court before a jury of our peers. Instead, we are accused and fined without any real chance of defending ourselves.
Each incremental change made by ALP & LNP governments since the Australia Act 1986 has created a mindset that has led us to believe that only political parties have the right to govern. Yet, our Constitution does not mention political parties or a PM at all! Who gave them the authority?
They have No Authority!
As a result, Australia has gone from a nation that once manufactured almost everything we needed, to a nation that must import almost everything.
Our agricultural base can no longer supply all our food. In fact, many farmers have either walked off the land because they cannot survive, or they have committed suicide. The political parties have almost broken our spirit.
But no more!
Now it’s time for We, the People of the Commonwealth of Australia, to take back control of our government and set our nation back on the path to Health, Wealth, and Happiness. My Will – The Power to Change
A My Will letter is usually sent from a shareholder (elector) holding one share in the Commonwealth of Australia established under the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901, as proclaimed and gazetted.
Every Australian is a shareholder in the Commonwealth of Australia with one vote. We each have the power to write to our elected representative to tell him/her that it is My Will that they do something. You may want to tell the representative it is My Will that he ask the government to set up an investigation into paedophilia. Or you might tell him it is My Will that you want them to vote a certain way on a bill.
Sending a My Will Letter you can tell your representative to do anything that is within the scope of their duties, and they must acknowledge and obey you…at least, that is the theory. In reality, we all know that the politicians just ignore us: Because they can!

However, there is another way to use a My Will letter.
If a large number of electors sign the My Will letters we provide through this website, We, the people of the Commonwealth, will give a powerful legal mandate to 15 Commonwealth Public Officials (CPO’s) to convene a Grand Jury that will investigate political corruption at all levels.
A CPO is someone who has sworn an Oath of Allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Defender of the Faith, and who has been certified by a Public Notary. They are authorised by the Crown to act on behalf of the People of the Commonwealth.
The Grand Jury will be tasked to gather evidence of the many crimes and treasonous acts committed by the political parties, and then present the evidence with a demand to HM Queen Elizabeth to authorise the CPO’s to arrest and try anyone accused of crimes and treason.
Her Majesty can respond in two ways. She can issue a command to her subjects to do her bidding or the bidding of her appointed representatives the CPO’s, or she can say and do nothing. If she does nothing she, under Common Law, acquiesces. This means that she has accepted and agreed to the demands and therefore the CPO’s are authorised to carry out the acts contained in their demands.
Once we have a decision from the Crown the CPO’s will immediately initiate a referendum under Section 128 of the Constitution to ask the people of the Commonwealth if we want Citizens Initiated Referendums (CIR). And they will convene a Grand Jury to investigate and prosecute political corruption.

The Grand Jury’s mandate from the People will include calling an election under our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901, Sections 7, 16, 24 & 34, that state only the Voters have the power to select the candidates they wish to stand for election. No political party has this power. Therefore, no candidate chosen by a political party will ever be allowed to stand again in any future elections. This is why the debate over Section 44 was such a farce!!
The political party system has failed Australia badly, and it is time to change to a different, more inclusive and accountable system of government of the people, by the people, for the people through CIR.
We even propose having the 50 Representatives sit at a Round Table to show they all have an equal say on behalf of the people they represent. And the voters will have the power to recall and replace any representative who does not perform their duties properly.
We, the People of the Commonwealth, each with one vote, will have the power to tell our Representatives what we want…not the other way around as it is today.
At the same time as we vote for representatives to sit in our Regional Governments, we will also vote for one Representative from each Region to sit in our original Commonwealth of Australia Parliament House as a lawfully constituted Federal Government.
We will also vote for one of the Federal Representatives to lead the country as Prime Minister, and he will be empowered to act on behalf of the nation to represent our nation internationally, and other duties to be decided by the voters. Again, We the People of the Commonwealth will have the power to decide who leads our nation.
All representatives will be directly accountable to the voters.
Of course, the Governor General will once more be paid lawfully as mandated by the Constitution and he will be the supreme representative of the Crown.
This system will eliminate the need for political parties, and State Governments will no longer be required. It will also put the power directly into the hands of the people to decide the political and social direction of our nation by voting in elections, referendums, and plebiscites.
However, we will retain the States for the footy and other sporting competitions if the people wish.
Now, here’s the really good news. It’s not our debt!
The political parties have borrowed trillions of dollars $$$ over the last 50 years or so. They keep telling us we owe that money. In fact, they tell us that each Australian existing today owes at least $18,000.
This is simply not true!
We never signed any papers authorising the political parties to borrow the money. Nor did any shareholders in our Commonwealth of Australia ever affix our signatures to any of the loan agreements. Nor did we ever authorise them to sell off our public services and utilities.
The political party governments have borrowed this money, not us. It is their responsibility to repay it…Not We, the People of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Our Utilities and Services
As we reorganize the government system we will nationalise all the public services and utilities the political parties have sold off to put them into back into ownership of the people of the Commonwealth, as they once were. This will have the immediate effect of reducing fees for all these services and utilities. And we will have a say, through Citizens Initiated Referendums (CIR), in how they are administered and run. And it will be up to the people to decide what compensation, if any, should be paid to the private corporations that stole our utilities and services.
Why can we do this?
Article 61 of the Magna Carta gives the people the right to Lawfully Rebel against the State when it no longer serves the Will of the People, or if it has harmed the people beyond their endurance.
The political party governments have shown ever since 1986 that they no longer adhere to our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901.
Instead, they have set up an unlawful corporate government system using companies they have registered in the USA. They have proceeded to fool the people into believing that they are the legitimate government, while forcing us to vote for them. And by introducing preferential voting they ensured we could only ever elect the ALP or the LIBs to Parliament…their Parliament, not our lawful Commonwealth of Australia Parliament.
They have even gone so far as to write their own corporate constitution which no longer has a Preamble, cutting out the people and the legitimate Crown without our knowledge or consent.
They have rewritten Commonwealth of Australia Laws and copyrighted them to their COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA corporation, and lied to us that these are all lawful acts. For more information on this please read the articles linked to below:

Former MP George Galloway Confirms Anti-Apartheid Movement In South Africa Was Led Entirely By Jews
During a 2003 speech at Oxford Union, former Labour MP and out-spoken critic of Israel, George Galloway, was interrupted by Jewish protesters who waved the Israeli and accused him of “racism” against Jews — which prompted him to defend himself by revealing his activism in South Africa with the Jews who led the anti-Apartheid movement there:
George Galloway is a textbook example of a “useful idiot” — a “gentile” who devotes his life to Jewish revolutionary causes only to find at the end of it that he’s no longer useful — and has actually become part of the problem.
Socialism and communism were the revolutionary mechanisms that Jews used to undermine, subvert and destroy White Christian nations — and deliver those nations into the hands of Jewish oligarchs who have become the new de facto aristocracy.
That Jewish aristocracy — contrary to what the dupe George Galloway naively believes — is inherently racist, and has always been racist.
Galloway sincerely believes that Karl Marx is “one of the greatest people on earth” — even though his ideology has led to the wholesale murder of over 100 million people in the last 100 years.
After all, another “great Jew” — Vladimir Lenin — once rationalized those murders in the cause of communism as — you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet — apparently, 100 million eggs and counting.
And no doubt George Galloway considers the mass murderer Leon Trotsky another “great” Jew — who would see Galloway not as a “brother in arms” but for what he really is — just another of the “white negroes” who will be the de facto slaves of the Jewish bankers who finance this ongoing revolution:
And that describes the world today — under the guise of a fake pandemic — White nations have indeed been “reduced to a state of complete stupefaction and idiocy and to an animal existence” — and it’s going to get a lot worse.
These Jewish oligarchs fully intend to treat White Christians they way they treated the vanquished Germans and Japanese after World War II.
Clearly, Galloway naively believes that communism and Zionism are two mutually exclusive ideologies — when, in fact, they are inextricable from each other — Galloway served the ultimate Zionist agenda by helping to destroy Apartheid in South Africa.
The anti-Apartheid Jews of South Africa like the late Denis Goldberg weren’t motivated by their love for Blacks but rather their hatred for White Christian nations — and White South Africa had to be destroyed less it be an example to other healthy White nations.
For proof of this we need to look no further than Kim Heller, a current Jewish leader of the South Africa ANC — she makes no attempt to hide her hatred of her “fellow” White people.
And now that Galloway has outlived his usefulness, he may very quickly find himself investigated by the police for “hate speech” — like fellow Zionist critic, Bristol University professor David Miller.
In fact, Oxford University — where Galloway gave this rousing anti-Zionist speech in 2003 — has adopted the new IHRA definition of “antisemitism” — which means Galloway would now be censored and possibly investigated for “inciting racial hatred” against Jews for this speech.
The Jewish oligarchs that own and run Facebook announced that they will be censoring the use of terms like “Zionism” — which they now consider a “dog whistle” for antisemitism.
And YouTube — also owned and controlled by the same pro-Zionist supremacists — are following suit and censoring “anti-Zionist” content — which will eventually include this Galloway speech from 2003.
