We wanted to do an article on the European Cossacks because we greatly admire their resilience and their respect for national identity and culture. We urge European Nationalist in all European countries to learn from the Cossacks and consider building Cossack organizations. There are Cossack groups in many countries such as South Africa, Australia, Europe and the United States, if you are interested in becoming involved.
Some people say the Cossacks have a Turkish origin but there is also evidence to suggest that many Russians a long time ago, helped form the group that is known as the Cossacks. The Cossacks were not originally a tribe or a separate ethnic group but instead, from their history through a shared service to the Tsars in Imperial Russia.
Originally, the Cossacks were free mercenaries who resided in a no man's land. They eventually became a part of the Russian military with the main objective being to defend their motherland - Russia. They quickly became renowned for their ferocity and loyalty in battle.
The Bolsheviks (mainly Russian communist, false Jews, controlled Government), tried to exterminate the Cossacks because they fought against Communism and stayed loyal to the Tsar even after the last of the royal family was assassinated. Between the advent of Communism, and then following the loss of Russian national identity in the early 21st Century, due to the 'corruption' of their values with Western ideals, it is amazing their beliefs and values have survived.
In a census conducted in 2002, around 7 million Russians identified themselves as Cossacks, but according to Brian Boeck, an expert on Cossack history and culture, the Cossacks have been largely extinct since the 1920s. In 2010, some 68,000 identified themselves as ethnic Cossacks, showing there is great variance in the statistics and figures we have on this population. There are some Cossacks who could trace their family history back many generations and there are many Cossacks today with no genealogy, however, they believe in their way of life and traditionalism.
Some Cossacks live in a Stanitsas and each Stanitsas is run by an elected leader called an Ataman who has a general circle of other outstanding citizens who help organize and run their communities. They have strong musical traditions with groups who perform their songs and dances. Children are brought up in a very traditional manner and they all have a strong culture of law and order with military patrols quickly stopping the slightest evidence of discordance.
Any person in Russia can become a Cossack, all they need is to be loyal to the country and be of the Orthodox Christian faith. Their culture implies a deep knowledge of Russian history and a strong understanding of the important role the Cossacks played in it. They have a devout respect for Cossack traditions, loyalty to the state and a deep love of freedom.

The Banning Confederate Battle Flag of the Southern States In The United States

While the majority of Americans on a recent 2015 survey felt that the Confederate flag was a symbol of Southern Pride, the racist political and media campaigned that the Confederate battle flag as the national flag was representing slavery and pushing for it to be completely banned. We must remember that black Americans fought in the civil war for the South, some of who were slaves and some were free men and died under the Confederate battle Flag. The Globalist Establishment like to say that very few blacks were in the army but black people who are proud of their ancestry say that 50,000 or more black Americans fought in the Confederate Army. The Confederate Flag is a battle flag used by some confederate soldiers.
Only between 5% and 6% of farmers in the Southern states of the United States had slaves and about 95% of farmers did not use slaves.

Causes of the Civil War
While most seem to believe that the Civil War was predominantly an issue about slavery, the real truth is far less glamorous and doesn't provide great cannon fodder for Hollywood movies! Unfortunately for Hollywood and civil rights campaigners, the real underlying reasons surrounding the Civil War relate to business, money, and politics primarily centered on Tariffs imposed by the North onto the Southern States.
To keep it simple the important points to note is that the South primarily produced raw materials such as cotton, sugar, rice, tobacco and indigo, while the North excelled at manufactured goods. Manufactured goods had high import taxes while foreign raw materials were completely free of tariffs.
The North enjoyed double benefits firstly as consumers getting cheap raw materials without the hassle of extra taxes and tariffs to worry about. They then benefited again as the producers were protected by high manufacturing tariffs. The South, however, were mainly farmers struggling against foreign competition and dependent on the North for their manufactured goods.
For over 70 years the North used these tariffs to exploit the South for their own benefit and in 1861 the continued oppression of these import taxes triggered the Civil War.
The premise that the main reason for the Civil War was slavery is really just a brilliant strategy by Abraham Lincoln. He understood the importance of public opinion and knew that the public was not likely to get behind the idea of the North continuing its oppressive financial regime against the south and by bringing the slavery agenda to the forefront of politics, Lincoln very successfully silenced any debate on economic issues and state rights. He won the hearts of the public and made it an issue about moral good. Ironically slavery abolition was most likely going to occur anyway considering England, France, Russia, Spain, and Portugal had already outlawed slavery with Acts such as the Act Prohibiting the Importation of Slaves (1807) and the Abolition of the Slave Trade Act in England (1807).
President Lincoln strongly considered the idea of relocating the entire black population of the US to either Central America or the British Honduras. He stated:
“I am not, nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races.”
Citizens of Western developed countries who are wondering why they are losing or have lost their industry need look no further than the Lima Agreement where it all started. De-industrialization of the Western world and making money for the global elite, ie. bankers, controllers of the media, Council of Foreign Relations (CFR), Fabians etc., are the same people who are behind globalization, third-world immigration and the destruction of European countries.
The full title of the Lima treaty is "Lima Declaration And Plan Of Action On Industrial Development And Co-Operation." The treaty was signed in 1975 at a convention of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, in Lima, Peru. It is an international agreement to wind down national manufacturing in developed nations and transferring the manufacturing capability to developing nations.
The Lima treaty sets the policy which has, for over 30 years, encouraged corporations to build themselves into globalist multinationals. It only benefits these corporations and their international banking elite.

The Lima Agreement Deconstruction - Some examples in Australia and the Western World
The Lima Declaration is an agreement between Western European countries to de-industrialize European countries. Australia for example; 1960s Australian Manufacturing were supplying manufactured goods at its peak for Australian consumers until the Globalists reduced Australia's manufacturing as a consequence of The Lima Declaration and Plan of Action calling for the redistribution of world industry so that developing countries would have 25% of it by the year 2000. Their agenda included the transfer of technology and industry to Third World countries where they could import the goods back into Australia as much as the country could consume. It was Gough Whitlam's Labor Party who locked Australia into the Lima Agreement of 1975. Today, the Australian manufacturing production capacity has now mostly gone compared to the 1960s and unfortunately the jobs with it.

1. De-Nationalize Western countries
Since the Lima Agreement, progress in multilateral trade negotiations became more difficult due to increasing membership of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), and the World Trade Organization (WTO). Countries have, therefore, undertaken numerous other agreements with their preferred partners in each subsequent round of negotiations, which the United Nations is behind. For example; the Paris Agreement, Kyoto Protocol and many free trade agreements between countries including North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) in America which is another avenue to assist in destroying the USA. The former United States President Bill Clinton promised over 20 years ago that NAFTA would result in an increased number of high-quality jobs for Americans and a reduction and illegal immigration. The opposition warned that the opposite would happen, and they were right. 2. Reduce farming productivity and import food products from third world countries
Governments want to reduce the number of farmers and this is done through regulations. For instance, in Australia, the dairy farmers receive a pitiful price for their milk due to the so-called supermarket milk wars when the government could force supermarkets to increase the price of milk to give farmers a better return, but don't. Yet the Government has not been heavily involved in this area, causing the dairy industry to become drastically reduced in Australia. One of the reasons for the lack of government involvement is to do with the Lima Agreement, i.e. it aimed to reduce food production in the country with the express purpose to bring in more imports. Governments allow imports of fresh fruits and fish products. While some of this is seasonal, some of it is at the expense of local farmers, fishermen who have gone into considerable debt which can result in the destruction of family units and farms.
3. Increase intake of students from other countries, particularly China
Over the past twenty years or more, there has been a huge increase in Chinese students studying abroad. For the "host" country, if the student completes their degree, governments allow them special visa provisions to stay longer and gain employment. This potentially results in students who are born in the "host" country are competing with "imported" students to gain stable employment. Politicians who support the "imported" students are not Nationalists, they are Socialists. As we have discussed in other articles, most political parties in Western countries are Liberal-Conservative-Socialist-Communists, all are Globalist.
You may ask, how can students from non-wealthy Chinese families afford to study in Australia or abroad in other countries? One reason is, they are assisted by scholarships from the institution and various organizations (eg. Chinese Government scholarships for higher education students, company-backed funding, etc). Another reason is that these students (or their parents) who want to spend less, choose short-term exchange programs from their university are often much more affordable than attending the institution long term.
With regards to long-term students, Australian institutions (and those in other Western countries) are, besides teaching English, pass OK on high-tech skills such as finance, IT, management and strategy, engineering etc., to foreign/Chinese students. This may ultimately lead to Australia's destruction. In the future, these highly skilled students can be used against Australia, and other European countries, for example in the event of war. In the long term, it reduces our competitiveness and this will cost Australian taxpayers fewer jobs and money. Australia and other Western countries have, therefore, created their own destruction by succumbing to the dollar and allowing huge numbers of Chinese students into their universities.
This situation has also made life very difficult for Australian-born students and their families. Colleges and universities can also afford to put up their fees because they are being funded by overseas students. Affordability is difficult for many local students and their families to attend university, forcing them to take out loans which they subsequently take many years to pay back once they are employed.
4. Manufacturing - Transfer of technology and manufacturing from developed nations to poor countries in order to "give them a higher standard of living."
In Australia and other Western countries, as outlined in educational institutions above, one aspect is the transfer of skills so students can go back to China (and other Asian countries) and use these skills against the country who has trained them.
Because the bankers want to destroy the Western world, they are using agreements such as the Lima Agreement and Foreign Trade Agreements to make more money. For example, in Socialist China, the average worker might earn approximately 300USD per month. There are no Trade Union movements in China and people/companies have little control over pollution. While pollution may be the top priority for Western countries, in China, it is a low priority for the government. So what it's really about is making money for the global elite and the destruction of the Western world. By keeping the industry in Western countries, employers have to pay much higher wages, meet union demands etc. Meanwhile, the Western world loses its industry and its skilled workers. To make up for the imbalance. Employment agencies are created for workers who can not find full-time work but may find part time or casual work for perhaps 1 to 2 days per week, however, they ARE NOT counted in the unemployment statistics. Most governments like to tell citizens that their unemployment rate is around 5% (or perhaps under 10%) but it is a lie. This increasing 'trend' of part-time employment makes it more and more difficult for those people to commit to, for instance, a mortgage. This ultimately destroys the middle class who then have less direction in life - this being one of the goals of the Globalist-Socialists. Even skilled people in Western countries are finding it difficult to obtain employment if they are made redundant and more of the working class people's taxes go towards supporting the unemployed people. In the US over 55% of black Americans are unemployed in some areas.
The transfer of technology, especially military technology is a very dangerous thing between countries. There would have been no Second World War with Japan if the Europeans had not given and trained the Japanese modern warfare and technology to build airplanes and military ships etc. It is as true today as it was back then. This is the case with China - Western countries are training Chinese students and have transferred this technology to the Chinese Government. Because we have allowed Chinese in Western countries, some of who joined the military and high-tech industry, there is a risk that these people can return to China and teach their people the techniques learned in the west. It is madness for Western countries to train and transfer technology to foreign countries which can subsequently be used against it.
5. Australian Car Industry
In the past, Australia had a thriving car industry with Holden and Ford manufacturing plants and the Australian Government reduced the tariff on imported parts for cars to the point where the Australian car industry could not compete. The Australian car industry was heavily subsidized by the government, but it was not enough to save Australia's car manufacturing. If the government re-introduced increased tariffs on imported vehicles, this would re-invigorate the car industry.
To re-iterate, automobile technology was not invented by Japan, China or Korea. It was given to them, which has also contributed to the decline of the car industry in other Western countries including Australia.
There was no mention in the Lima agreement about what would happen to the 50% or more Australians who lost their jobs, their factories or their farms - it appears they were expendable. Now, most of the car industry is moving out of Australia, leaving massive unemployment in its wake.
6. The Destruction of the Middle and Working Class
Blue Collar jobs have lost out for example; Call Centres have been moved offshore to other countries where they have a percentage of people who speak reasonable English due to cheap labour, preventing this from being done in their own country. In some cases, this has resulted in a large loss of dissatisfied customers.
So-called Governments have been reducing tariffs on cheap imports, i.e the tax put on imports from third world countries. For example; a shirt produced in China could cost 2USD and 4USD to produce for a Western country. A two dollar tariff imposed on that item is a tax which goes to the government. To balance this, the government reduces the amount of tax that you pay on wages in your country and the amount of tax on goods sold to the public.
Due to the reduction of tariffs on cheap imports and high wages, a lot of businesses in Australia and other Western countries have been FORCED to move production offshore to third-world countries.
7. Third World Countries
To increase their living standards, third world countries must stop corruption in their governments, reduce their birth rates and build their economies to be self-sufficient. In addition, they need to stop the "dumping" of cheap food items from other countries, i.e. subsidized food which makes it so cheap that the local farmers cannot compete with it. This especially happens with the European Union countries (EU) which subsidizes food so much that it destroys the local farmers and reduces their self-sufficiency. This is what has happened in Africa, Haiti for example and is happening in Japan where the farmers have been desperately lobbying the government not to sign up to the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). As outlined in the article below, there are many issues facing Japan's aging farmers due to the TPP.
- Produce food for China. - Produce Natural resources for China. - Be in the education area for China so they can send students to Australia to learn English.
The following are the MAIN recommendations of The Lima Declaration:

(35) “That special attention should be given to the least developed countries, which should enjoy a net transfer of resources from the developed countries in the form of technical and financial resources as well as capital goods, to enable the least developed countries in conformity with the policies and plans for development, to accelerate their industrialisation".
(41) “That the developed countries should adhere strictly to the principle that the Generalised System of Preferences must not be used as an instrument for economic and political pressure to hamper the activities of those developing countries which produce raw materials".
(43) “That the developing countries should fully and effectively participate in the international decision making process on international monetary questions in accordance with the existing and evolving rules of the competent bodies and share equitably in the benefits resulting there from."
(52) “That the developing countries should devote particular attention to the development of basic industries such as steel, chemicals, petro chemicals and engineering, thereby consolidating their economic independence while at the same time assuring an effective form of import substitution and a greater share of world trade."
In order to achieve the above “altruistic” recommendations, the Lima Declaration advocated the following Plan of Action:
(59) “The developed countries should adopt the following measures:”
(a) “Progressive elimination or reduction of tariff and non-tariff barriers and other obstacles of trade, taking into account the special characteristics of the trade of developing countries, with a view to improving the international framework of the conduct of world trade”
(b) “Adoption of trade measures designed to ensure INCREASED exports of manufactured and semi manufactured products including processed agricultural products from the developing to the developed countries”
(c) “Facilitate development of new and strengthen existing policies, taking into account their economic structure and economic, social and security objectives, which would encourage their industries which are LESS COMPETITIVE internationally to move progressively into more viable lines of production or into other sectors of the economy, thus leading to structural adjustments within the developed countries and redevelopment of the productive capacities of such industries to the developing countries and promotion of a higher degree of utilisation of natural resources and people in the latter”
(d) “Consideration by the developed countries of their policies with respect to processed and semi processed forms of raw materials, taking full account of the interests of the developing countries in increasing their capacities and industrial potentials for processing raw materials which they export”
(e) “Increased financial contributions to international organisations and to government or credit institutions in the developing countries in order to facilitate the promotion or financing of industrial development. Such contributions must be completely free from any kind of political conditions and should involve no economic conditions other than those normally imposed on borrowers”

Unfortunately, the big three all support replacing what little Australian culture there is with multiculturalism (or a type of Disneyland multiculturalism with all the costumes and none of the bad bits like ethnic and religious violence that these same people supposedly escaped from and left behind to start a new life in Australia. If I want to see another culture I can visit unless it's unsafe and they might kill me in the name of their religion because of what I look like (i.e. white Australian male, an endangered minority like the rhino in a world context). My right to swing a fist ends where the other persons nose begins. The old Australian Constitution. What will the new one look like?
The 1901 Constitution establishes the framework of the main political institutions – legislature, executive and judicature – the relationships between them, and the powers of the Federal Parliament in relation to the States.
Technically, it is an act of the British Parliament passed in 1900. The Australia Act in 1986 was designed to sever colonial rule over Australia by Great Britain. However, as this Act was never ratified by the people voting in a referendum, as is required to amend the Constitution, all Acts and Laws since then are technically illegal.
We can interpret the constitution:
Literally – Some sections must be followed exactly as stated.
Conventionally – or through constitutional conventions that put power into the hands of elected politicians to act…ideally, they should act as true representatives of the people, but we have seen the political parties usurp that role instead, and ignore Constitutional law.
The Australian Constitution is an Act of the British Parliament. The Australian Constitution actually starts at Section 9 and is called, “An Act to Constitute the Commonwealth of Australia”.
The first 8 sections were designed to establish that the six British colonies in Australia agreed to unite in a federal commonwealth. The new system of government that the constitution laid out was not imposed on the Australian people by the British Parliament.
However, even though the Australia Act was passed by Parliament, it was never ratified by a referendum of the people. In effect, the Australia Act sought to change the status of our nation without a Constitutional amendment.So where does this leave us legally?
Know Your Rights Under the Law
The answer is confusing. According to a high court of Australia ruling in Sue V Hill 1999 HCA 30 ruled, “At the very least, the Commonwealth of Australia was transformed into a sovereign, independent nation with the enactment of the Australia acts. The consequence of that transformation is that the United Kingdom is now a foreign power for the purposes of s44 (i) of the constitution”.
Despite this, Australian governments refer to the “Queen of Australia”. Yet we do not have a Queen. So, who is she?

This chapter establishes the Commonwealth Parliament as the Legislative Branch of government.
Part 1 establishes its legislative power in Australia and provides for a Governor-General, representing the Queen, with power to summon Parliament.
Part 2 provides for the composition and election of the Senate, and the filling of Senate vacancies. It details quorums, voting arrangements and the procedure for election of a President of the Senate.
Part 3 provides for the composition and election of the House of Representatives and the filling of House vacancies. It details quorums, voting arrangements and the procedure for election of a Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Part 4 deals with matters applicable to both houses of Parliament, particularly the qualification of members and the privileges of the Parliament.

This chapter deals with the Executive Government, the branch of government which carries out and enforces the laws. It provides for the exercise of executive power by the Governor-General advised by an Executive Council. Section 64 stipulates that Ministers are to be Members of Parliament, the only section of the Constitution that refers to the system of Responsible Government.
This chapter provides for the establishment of the Judicature, the branch of government dealing with the courts of law. Section 71 provides that the judicial power of the Commonwealth is vested in the High Court of Australia and other federal courts established by the Parliament. Other sections deal with the appointment, tenure and removal from office of judges of the High Court and other courts. Section 76 gives power to the Parliament to determine the jurisdiction of the High Court.
This chapter deals with finance and trade. One of the most important sections is Section 83 which provides that no money is to be drawn from the Treasury except under an appropriation by law. Other sections deal with customs duties, requiring that they be uniform throughout the Commonwealth. Section 92 requires that trade and commerce among the states shall be absolutely free – in other words, no state may impose a tax or customs duty on goods being imported from another state.
Section 96 empowers the Commonwealth Parliament to grant financial assistance to the States.
Section 105A, inserted by referendum in 1929, deals with the taking over by the Commonwealth of States’ debts.
This chapter deals with the States, providing for the continuance of their constitutions, parliamentary powers and laws.
Section 109 provides for Commonwealth law to prevail over State law, but only in those cases where State law is inconsistent with Commonwealth law.
Other sections prohibit the States from coining money, raising armed forces or discriminating against the residents of other States. This section also requires that the Commonwealth is to protect the states against invasion or domestic violence.
This chapter deals with the procedures for the establishment of new States and provides for the surrender of territories to the Commonwealth by States.
This Miscellaneous chapter has two sections, one dealing with the establishment of the seat of government, the other providing for the appointment of deputies of the Governor-General.
Section 127, dealing with the counting of Aborigines in censuses, was deleted by referendum in 1967. Despite this, we see Aboriginal activists demanding recognition. Apparently, they don’t understand Section 127 that already does this.
This chapters deals with Alteration of the Constitution. It provides that proposals for constitutional alteration be initiated by the Parliament and approved in a referendum by a majority of voters Australia-wide and a majority of voters in a majority of States.
The Schedule attached to the Constitution contains the oath or affirmation to be taken by Members of Parliament before they take their seats.
Note that there is no mention of a Prime Minister or the powers that should limit one. There is no mention of political parties or how they might be empowered to govern.
The Constitution only lays out the structure of a government, but leaves the actual arrangements for setting up a government open. As a result, the political parties have designed a system that empowers them to act over us, to pass laws without our permission, to tax us without out consent. It’s no wonder our political system is in such a mess!

The Constitution of Australia is the supreme law under which the Australian Commonwealth Government operates. The Constitution consists of several documents and the most important one is the "Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia." The Constitution was approved in referendums held over 1898 to 1900 by the people of the Australian colonies and the approved draft was enacted as a section of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (Imp), an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. The Commission of Assent was signed by Queen Victoria on 9 July 1900, upon which the Constitution became law. The Constitution came into force on 1 January 1901. Other pieces of legislation have constitutional significance for Australia. These are the Statute of Westminster, as adopted by the Commonwealth in the Statute of Westminster Adoption Act 1942 and the Australia Act 1986, which was passed in equivalent forms by the Parliaments of every Australian state, the United Kingdom, and the Australian Federal Parliament. Together, these Acts had the effect of severing all constitutional links between Australia and the United Kingdom. Even though the same person, Queen Elizabeth II, is the monarch of both countries she acts in a distinct capacity as monarch of each.

The change we are advocating is to amend Section 128 of the current Constitution by adding a paragraph to allow Citizens (as well as the Parliament), the right to initiate referenda to change the Constitution. At present, only our elected representatives in the House can initiate referendums. Then they allow the people to vote on them.
Ever since the constitution came into being in 1901 there have been 45 referendums, yet only 8 have been approved by the people.

By the Parliament.
A proposed law by the Parliament for the alteration thereof must be passed by an absolute majority of each House of the Parliament, and not less than two nor more than six months after its passage through both Houses. The proposed law shall be submitted in each State and Territory to the electors qualified to vote for the election of members of the House of Representatives.
Also, if either House passes any such proposed law by an absolute majority, and the other House rejects or fails to pass it, or passes it with any amendment to which the first-mentioned House will not agree. Then if after an interval of three months the first-mentioned House in the same or the next session again passes the proposed law by an absolute majority with or without any amendment which has been made or agreed to by the other House, and such other House rejects or fails to pass it or passes it with any amendment to which the first-mentioned House will not agree. The Governor-General may submit the proposed law as last proposed by the first-mentioned House, and either with or without any amendments subsequently agreed to by both Houses, to the electors in each State and Territory qualified to vote for the election of the House of Representatives.
When a proposed law is submitted to the electors the vote shall be taken in such manner as the Parliament prescribes. But until the qualification of electors of members of the House of Representatives becomes uniform throughout the Commonwealth, only one-half the electors voting for and against the proposed law shall be counted in any State in which adult suffrage prevails.
And if in a majority of the States a majority of the electors voting approve the proposed law, and if a majority of all the electors voting also approve the proposed law, it shall be presented to the Governor-General for the Queen’s assent.
No alteration diminishing the proportionate representation of any State in either House of the Parliament, or the minimum number of representatives of a State in the House of Representatives, or increasing, diminishing, or otherwise altering the limits of the State, or in any manner affecting the provisions of the Constitution in relation thereto, shall become law unless the majority of the electors voting in that State approve the proposed law.
In this section, Territory means any territory referred to in section one hundred and twenty-two of this Constitution in respect of which there is in force a law allowing its representation in the House of Representatives.

Referendum or Plebiscite

There are people who would say Bob Brown committed treason with his illegal plebiscite bill which removes the right to a referendum under the rules of the Constitution of Australia and replaces it with a republic. It is totally illegal to attempt to remove your rights, liberties, and freedoms to potentially paving the way for a United Nations (UN) communist dictatorship. The difference between a plebiscite and a referendum is that a plebiscite is a glorified opinion poll. In a referendum, the details are on the table BEFORE and not AFTER you vote. Brown's Republic Bill did not attempt to determine what model should be adopted or what powers the Head of State should hold, or operational and governance issues.

Governments can hold advisory referendums to test whether people either support or oppose a Republic. Clause 6 of Brown's Bill provided that the process for holding the plebiscite would be followed by a second plebiscite by amending/modifying the Application of Referendum (Machinery Provisions) Act 1984. The word "plebiscite" does not appear in "Referendum (Machinery Provisions) Act 1984." Plebiscites have no basis in Australian Constitutional law. Discussion details will only be held after such a vote of support by the elector.
Here is the 1999 Bill for a republic that failed. In this article entitled "Tracking the push for an Australian republic," author Brenton Holmes writes on the issue: "Some argued that plebiscites were a very expensive opinion poll, others that they facilitated early and informed engagement with the issue. Many submissions argued in favour of a ‘threshold question’ to gauge support for a republic. Others proposed a second plebiscite question with a choice of models, and these questions might be held either concurrently or separately. There was also the question of whether the plebiscite(s) should be held in conjunction with elections; whether the plebiscite vote should be compulsory; and whether the vote should use a preferential or ‘first past the post’ ballot."

What is Section 44?
Section 44 of the Constitution sets out restrictions on who can be a candidate for Federal parliament. In full it reads:

(i.) Is under any acknowledgment of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights or privileges of a subject or citizen of a foreign power: or
(ii.) Is attainted of treason, or has been convicted and is under sentence, or subject to be sentenced, for any offense punishable under the law of the Commonwealth or of a State by imprisonment for one year or longer: or
(iii.) Is an undischarged bankrupt or insolvent: or
(iv.) Holds any office of profit under the Crown, or any pension payable during the pleasure of the Crown out of any of the revenues of the Commonwealth: or
(v.) Has any direct or indirect pecuniary interest in any agreement with the Public Service of the Commonwealth otherwise than as a member and in common with the other members of an incorporated company consisting of more than twenty-five persons: shall be incapable of being chosen or of sitting as a senator or a member of the House of Representatives.
But sub-section iv. does not apply to the office of any of the Queen's Ministers of State for the Commonwealth, or of any of the Queen's Ministers for a State, or to the receipt of pay, half pay, or a pension, by any person as an officer or member of the Queen's navy or army, or to the receipt of pay as an officer or member of the naval or military forces of the Commonwealth by any person whose services are not wholly employed by the Commonwealth. The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA)
The Federal Reserve Bank in Australia is not a private company. The bank is wholly owned by the Australian Government, although it is not a governmental department. The RBA states on its FAQ section:
The Reserve Bank is not a commercial bank and so does not provide banking facilities to the general public. It does, however, provide banking services to government, commercial bank and other clients.
The Reserve Bank Board has up to nine members. Three of these are ex officio: the Reserve Bank Governor (Chairman), the Deputy Governor (Deputy Chairman) and the Secretary to the Treasury. The Governor and Deputy Governor are appointed by the Treasurer for terms of up to seven years. The other six (non-executive) members are appointed for terms of up to five years. Board members are appointed by the Treasurer and there is no limit on the number of terms they may serve.

Most of us take our laws and constitution for granted and we have been conditioned not to think about it too much by our so-called leaders. They probably do not want us to discuss a Bill of Rights or to understand fully what this represents because if we do, our "rulers" may start losing power over us. Some countries today have a Constitution and a Bill of Rights. Australia is the liberal democracy that does NOT have a Bill of Rights or a Federal Act protecting Australian rights, such as that of the United States. Instead, the rights of Australians are protected through a combination of the Constitution, Common Law and Legislation and is a reflection of the prevailing view of the architects of the Australian Constitution from the 1890s. While certain states may have Human Rights Acts, there is no single document protecting Australians' rights, like there is in the United States Bill of Rights.
There have been many failed attempts to enact a Bill of Rights for Australia. These have been either in the form of a statutory Bill of Rights enacted by the Federal Parliament or as amendments to the Australian Constitution. The 1988 attempt to amend the Australian Constitution to extend freedoms such as religious freedom gained the lowest 'Yes' vote ever recorded in a national referendum.
By not having a Bill of Rights, the Australian Parliament can change many Australians rights and freedoms, by passing legislation. As outlined in the summary on the video below:
This allows the government to pass data retention laws that potentially breach our privacy and can restrict our freedom of speech. A big reason we have many of our rights and freedoms is because no one has wanted to take (too many of) them away. If a government determinedly tried to take some of our rights away, there’s very little the courts could do about it. Codifying our rights in the Constitution would provide an extra safeguard against governmental tyranny. While a Bill of Rights was defeated in the 1988 referendum, it’s worth having another go.

Without a Bill of Rights, you are basically living in a dictatorship system, where a government can change the rules anytime they deem fit. That is exactly what they have done in Australia. Under the Australian Constitution, they cannot make major changes to the constitution without a Referenda. But they have been making major changes, without a referenda.
Plebiscite: An issue put to the vote which does not affect the Constitution.

In 1966, Australia's 'White Australia Policy' was ended by the Holt government. The Migration Act 1966 established legal equality between British, European and non-European migrants to Australia. These changes to immigration policy were some of the most significant steps towards the formation of multicultural Australia.
Section 18C in the Australian Constitution
Debate is ongoing in Australia with regards to reforming section 18C of the 'Racial Discrimination Act' in the Australian Constitution. If a black man is called a "black bastard" or otherwise in a hateful manner, there is understandably a case for racial hatred. However, the Act says it is there to prevent discrimination. Section 18C is actually breaking national and international United Nations laws. Firstly, it is promoting a multi-cultural society by flooding Australia with non-Europeans, who cannot criticize the flooding of their country by foreigners, who have a completely different culture and religion, many who hate white people. And yet, they are allowed to enter the country. This situation is clearly portrayed in the image at right, where a protestor brandishes a sign saying, "Behead all those who insult the prophet."
Genocide is being committed against the European population who built Australia. Secondly, it allows the persecution of white people who cannot defend themselves. White people are being persecuted, which is against The United Nations Human Rights Laws. Any time they want to defend themselves or help their people, they are labelled as "racist," "extremist," "bigoted" etc., by the Globalists, Socialist-controlled media and some politicians. If European white Australians find themselves discriminated against, they can not defend themselves because they did not build community organizations to finance an Anti-Defamation Council to represent them.
Examples of conflict in Australia: There has been much conflict between Hindus and Muslims for hundreds of years, and many Hindus fear the large numbers of Muslims moving into Australia as they forsee future conflict, just like what has happened in India. Australian aboriginies are unhappy with large numbers of Tongans and black Africans entering Australia, because of the conflict between the two groups. Europeans and Australian aboriginies, together with a few other nationalities, fought and died in wars for Australia. Yet today, their memory is not completely honored as their heritage is being sold out, due to the large numbers of non-whites entering the country. Today around 25% of the population of Australia are non-European and this is rapidly increasing. The time will come when Europeans are a minority in Australia.
Amendments to Section 18C would also allow a healthy discussion about other serious issues by allowing free speech. As we have discussed in other articles on this website, there are Jews in Australia who claim that the "gassing of six million Jews" did not happen. While there is no denying that a "holocaust" took place and millions of people from all races died, anyone criticizing the "Jewish Holocaust" denial is labelled as being "anti-Semitic."
One of the principal points of contention between the Federalists and Anti-Federalists was the lack of an enumeration of basic civil rights in the Constitution. Many Federalists argued, as in Federalist No. 84, that the people surrendered no rights in adopting the Constitution. In several states, however, the ratification debate in some states hinged on the adoption of a bill of rights. The solution was known as the Massachusetts Compromise, in which four states ratified the Constitution but at the same time sent recommendations for amendments to the Congress.
James Madison introduced 12 amendments to the First Congress in 1789. Ten of these amendments would go on to become what we now consider to be the Bill of Rights. One was never passed, while another dealing with Congressional salaries was not ratified until 1992, when it became the 27th Amendment. Based on the Virginia Declaration of Rights, the English Bill of Rights, the writings of the Enlightenment, and the rights defined in the Magna Carta, the Bill of Rights contains rights who many today consider to be fundamental to America.
The First Amendment: Implements Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise. It protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The Second Amendment: Gives citizens the right to bear arms.
The Third Amendment: Prohibits the government from quartering troops in private homes, a major grievance during the American Revolution.
The Fourth Amendment: Protects citizens from unreasonable search and seizure. The government may not conduct any searches without a warrant, and such warrants must be issued by a judge and based on probable cause.
The Fifth Amendment: Provides that citizens not be subject to criminal prosecution and punishment without due process. Citizens may not be tried on the same set of facts twice, and are protected from self-incrimination, (the right to remain silent). The amendment also establishes the power of eminent domain, ensuring that private property is not seized for public use without just compensation.
The Sixth Amendment: Assures the right to a speedy trial by a jury of one's peers, to be informed of the crimes with which they are charged, and to confront the witnesses brought by the government. The amendment also provides the accused the right to compel testimony from witnesses, and to legal representation.
The Seventh Amendment: Provides that civil cases also be tried by jury.
The Eighth Amendment: Prohibits excessive bail, excessive fines, and cruel and unusual punishments.
The Ninth Amendment: States that the list of rights enumerated in the Constitution is not exhaustive, and that the people retain all rights not enumerated.
The Tenth Amendment: Assigns all powers not delegated to the United States, or prohibited to the states, to either the states or to the people.
One of their favorite tactics is to not only rewrite history but to completely erase parts that they do not agree with. While the majority of Americans on a recent 2015 survey felt that the Confederate flag was a symbol of Southern Pride, the racist political and media campaigned that the Confederate battle flag as the national flag was representing slavery and pushing for it to be completely banned.
